POLL on Searching Stores in Second LIfe PLEASE DO IT .
I argue about this all the time with people lol, and I have been meaning to ask for ages. I personaly ALWAYS use Places as my first option to find a store/business in SL, then when that fails I try the creators name. Usualy if the creator has no picks for locations to their business (SHAME SHAME) I then resort to Classifieds and only in the last few months have I ever checked ALL lol. I would love to hear what you all use and I think that it would really help Creators to know what is the best form of locating them that the majority use.

Hey :) I used places alot until I started coming up nothing since they installed the new search thing so now I use "all" but places is the first section I usually go to :)

Great poll... maybe, just maybe, it will also put an end to the outrageous and over the top fees people pay for classifieds, when people start to realise, they are not as valued by the masses as they think they are.
I really hope so Grazia, it is a much needed eye opener for many that spend what they cant afford to get on a list that is crazy. Just have to get more people to do the poll, but so far definitely places is the favourite

I use Classifieds as my first choice, now. I used to use Places (I didn't even know what Classifieds was, and ignored that tab entirely), and then I rented a place, and found out about restrictions on Places listings. I'm usually looking for a place in particular, so order is immaterial unless they have a really common name (so more than the base Classified cost goes to waste). Places is still my second choice, creator's profile, if I know it, third.
I only ever use All when I've failed in finding something any other way. And usually then All doesn't help any.
