More than the Truth

A Few things today , so TRUTH is having a SALE , a Discontinue Sale to be precise - so yes that means I got in his IM box and chucked a tanty, regardless though its a SALE you really need to attend lol - it's ok he loves me, he knows I'm upset he is discontinuing and not Onrez'ing, but he did say next time he will.

Now that I have that out of my system, and its documented so he cant forget next time :P.

The SALE is on ALL Hair as he is changing up his textures, and ALL Clothing - NOT Shoes, Skins or Tats- I have most of the clothes and hair , so today I went and got one thing I have coveted for a long time. The HITMAN Suit.

Now I am not into blood on clothes, sorry regardless of theme I just cant bring myself to shoot my body blood spattered BUT it is a fabulous suit with and without the blood, it's a bit of a giggle really and would look fab in a film or photoshoot, so hmmmm maybe one day I will bloody up - maybe next time Truth doesnt Onrez Mwahahahahaha I'll chase him around his island with an axe .

Sorry, when I talk about Truth Hawks I spend the whole time in gigglefits he is just that Funna.

The Hitman Suit comes with tucked and untucked shirts , as well as the fantastic open jacket and pants , and that yummy prim tie - I had to do a little bit of editing on that around the neck. I also am wearing it with the Veruca Salt Cami in stripes underneath so you can see that yes this is a suit you will find many uses for, Mens suits look fabulous on Women as I have said a billion times in the last few years , and at 125L this one is wonderful.

Also from TRUTH and NOT on sale is the Huntress Boots , I am wearing only the foot part for easy fit under the pants legs, and with the wedge style heel they make great getaway shoes, the skin is Arcane Liquid Skin in Latte Vamp make up , also available at TRUTH and such a gorgeous skin, so grab the DEMOS while you are there for the SALE.

Polly the hair IS on SALE and its one of my favourite styles by TRUTH if THAT style is discontinued there WILL be an Axe in his future - only coz I loves him does he get this much of my crazy - The fabulous Glasses are from Dark Mouse and are the Catty Eye Sunglasses.

The Kitty Ears are by The Sweetest Sin I just adore them and the little panels on the back I have changed to say Mels with a texture, I couldn't resist, so if you ever see me with them on , they don't come that way.

Some other things I have meant to show for awhile, are the fab not so new now skins by M&R , this was a collab between RoseMar and ♥ Cupcakes which has now turned into ONE BIG STORE, yes Mimi Coral and Rosemary Galbraith are now one big store at the Popfuzz sim.

The NEW store name is M&R Cupcakes and as its pretty much the same location you wont have any trouble finding it if you use landmarks from either of the older stores.

The Birthday Suit skins are just lovely I am wearing the Cameo Tone and they have freckles or no freckles and shaved and not shaved versions, and the glimmer make up I am wearing in the pics is soft and lovely, but striking enough to move into nighttime.

I am also wearing the Lya Acacia Swim Suits, wonderful plunging fullpiece swimsuits in a variety of gradient style colours.

I love this retro style of looking full at the front but more like a bikini at the back, this is more of a swimming suit as well as a stroll around with a sarong draped around your hips or a pair of your favourite shorts kind of resort look, mucho love for this style.

The hair is a new release from Magika the Pretzel style is just so funna too, I couldn't resist.

May all your wishes come true

Rebel Hope Designs has created an Incredible set called the Wishbringer , a set created for an upcoming event at the Black Swan Rezzable Sim.

You can go HERE for more info on the subject , and now about this divine set.

Firstly not only is the set wonderful as you will see with the pics , but included in the set is this studio style set with pose so that you can take your own beautiful inspired photos.

I think the addition of such a thing to a set of clothing like this is truly inspired and what makes Rebel Hope the designer a much loved creator, for going above and beyond when putting together a package like this.





Also and this blew me away from the start , that pedestal and crystal ball with sickle in front of me is the actual box the Wishbringer set comes in, again a wonderful addition and something you will always remember you have.

So many parts to love, the long flexi skirt is just beautiful and the way it sits on the hips is like a sexy hug, especially the way it dips at the front.

The detailing to the top with the chain work and those adorable criss crossed straps at the wrists are all gorgeous , I can see see myself wanting to wear those wrist bands with many other things already.

The flowing cape is sculpted and flex and just heavenly , with the hood being a separate piece you can wear it whichever way you like, and the extra shoulder attachments just enhance it , but also look great without.

I had to look twice at the wings as I was convinced they were sculpted or prims as the texture is so dimensional , but they aren't, they just look that fab.

Whether you want full coverage or partial, Rebel has catered to both , with the lovely panties that bring the set together so well, I felt like some mythical priestess in the combo of Cape and Crescent Moon Staff , you also get the same sickle that is on the pedestal complete with skull for an eerie effect lol. There are also two Crystal balls one with particles one without and both have animations built in so you can gaze into the wishes of many.

This whole combination will have you wanting more and more and more of Rebels incredible sets. I adore when the talent of Phils Place works together on a project like this , its inspiring.

The hair is the beautiful Saleen from Here Comes Trouble, a fantastic 1L style that fits under hats and cape hoods sooooo well, also HCT are having a hair sale at the moment so make sure you check that out too. The skin is by SODA and is the divine Alice Skin.

Work, Rest and Play

Ok to start off I'd like to declare my love for JB Gazov of J's, and not just because he makes wonderful shoes, because we all already know that. My love is the fact that with the NEW prim/sculptie toes YOU CAN'T WEAR FACELIGHTS - gigglefits.

I mean you can if you want to, technically, but the lights will effect the toes and you will look like your toes are dead lol.

Ok so the title is Work, Rest and Play, so three looks for those categories today, just because I wanted some inspiration to show off some New to me yummies.

The first Play look , comes from Miu , these beautiful knit Slip dresses are just fabulous , and OMG the price. Not telling what it is but you will be so happy I promise as the three dresses are less than what you would pay for a - ok I have nothing that comes to mind that low in RL lol.

The knitted texture is just warm and snuggly, clinging to all the right bits , and the lace accents are just divine.

The hair is a Newwy from Mirai and is the Jule style with incredible tight twists on the side giving it a razor shave look. Sooo much fun and way to wear big hair lol.

The Gather Wedge from J's are just gorgeous , you can get them with or without prim toes, thats up to you , me I love my toes normally so I don't really mind either way, but all the fun with these is you have so many scripting options. You can click to make your toes darker or lighter depending on your skin tone , and they come pretty close. Then you have wonderful nailpolish options as you can see in the pics , allowing for you to co-ordinate with your outfit , or go completely different , depending on your mood.

Toe rings there are three options to choose from which is always fun , a lovely anklet you can wear in two styles and of course the fabulous option of Cork wedge or coloured to match the gather top part of the shoe.

The skin is the lovely Venus Pale from Redgrave in the Nude no make up look, pure and simple so that all the colour comes from your clothing.

Now its Work time, and these incredible Shiphone Dresses are by B11, Beanie Canning actually sent us here for their free swimsuit last week and I couldn't resist these dresses , and believe it or not they come in even lower in price than the Slips, talk about shopping on a budget and looking fabulous THANKS BEANIE !.

I adore this look of a shirt dress , and sheer too with the cami underneath its so easy to look great. Now sheer isn't easy to do with micro minis, and the good thing about these is that the bottom half isn't really sheer enough to get you in trouble, but its definitely a style you can add so much too.

With the beige as you can see the Persona Sash Belt came out and tinting the brown a bit darker to match my Hobo Bag from Celestial Studios, it came up a treat.

Loving the bag idea and keeping true to me , I added the Cherry Bag to the black from Artilleri as I in RL used to often use old retro lunchboxes as a hand bag - my ET one is my fav.

Another tip from the great Beanie , is the SK Galliazo shoes store, wow what shoes , and these two pairs have both been freebies , this store does a new freebie pair every week you just have to go look and enjoy the full range.

I am wearing the Marie FH Pointed Pumps - Pecan, and the Maxine D'Orsay Pumps Red, both wonderful styles and more colours can be found in the store.

The hair on the left is the delightful vintage style Pearl and at the moment this is only 50L a pack at Gurl 6 as she is having a huge sale on older static styles at the moment.
Earth by House of Heart is the other wonderful hair do , and also has a wonderful braided leather band that actually trails down the back from its tie underneath, really lovely and soft you feel very clean in this hair.
I am also wearing from Artilleri the fabulous Gladys Glasses vintage catseye style that are just wonderful, I actually wear them allot when working.

Now for the Rest , often when cleaning my inventory I dance around in my undies , lol makes life easier if I have to see what something is, and well its just fun :P. The Boyshorts are from Popfuzz as is the tank which is seperate.

The boyshorts range come in so many different fun prints and colours , these are just a taste, Popfuzz Bamboo does INCREDIBLE underthings, stay tuned for her release for the Lingerie Expo it will blow your socks off.

The hair is the beautiful Tesa hair by Analog Dog thats available FREE at Savoir Hair Headquarters , so bouncy and fun , great for dancing around in your undies lol.

In work and rest I am wearing the MMSZero_Sun-Kissed-makeup3b from Minnu Model Skins , very diverse make up , so you can actually go from completely different looks in it with ease.

Patriotic but cheating

Ok so with all of the 4th of july stuffs happening , its a surprise to me and a much appreciated one , that two designers got their Aussie on .

The Australia bikini is a New item at Adam n Eve and is just lovely , the style of the bikini overall is just fabulous , so whatever country you are from you will have to appreciate this one. As far as I know there is an American one in the store for the 4th of july either free or 1L Im not sure and Sachi isn't on.

Either way go check it out. Also the lovely Cherlindrea Lamont of the Fabfree blog has been making patriotic skins for the Soccer thingy :P yeah so not a sports fan , but its some Euro thing people keep yelling in the streets even here over. All of her skins are of course the Eloh Base , but Cherlindrea does some great make ups for them , and they are only 1L, so go and see if she has your country , and if not drop her a notecard, she may be able to fix you up, notice I said MAY .

Essentia my hair crack dealer, has released for only 1L an incredible Red White and Blue , and Blue White and Red Hair Roses Pack, you get both small and medium -which I wear- in both for only 1L until Monday so do not miss out on those , as those colour blends will work for many many patriotic events - its so nice to share colours with other countries :P.

As I was almost baring all, it was time to show you some Tygotti, now this is a piercing store and I tell you what , if you have ever tried to make body piercings its HARD WORK - I know because that nose chain I wear lately I made and it took me soo long and was so stressful lol.

There are all sorts of piercings in the store , body and face ,and some are a bit more full on than shown here , but I ran out of room and my hair got in the way. Click on the picture for it to get bigger so you can see , or just tp over and have a look if piercings are your thing.

There was one I didn't understand actually and thats the one on the top left , coz as much as I try and pinch my skin RL I cannot fathom how you would pierce that area easily. But in Phils Place you can do whatever you want to your body lol. I really love the Neptune piercing of the navel , its really cute - the bottom one - and the face ones are awesome, so again go and check them out.

New New Newness

Damen Gorilla of Adam n Eve has created the beautiful shoes called Babii Pumps, a classic style shoe for all sorts of looks. These have been made with incredible detailing in the form of stitching up the back of the heel and the lovely detailing on the foot covering of the shoe itself.

The colour palette is wonderful, so many to chose from, and demos in the store so you can see for yourself the work that has gone into them.

Today I have opted to wear them with the lovely Shift Dress from MichaMi, I love the drop waist look of this dress and the tailored stitching bring it together with the Babii Pumps so well. It is a style of dress you can wear as simply as I have today, or add an abundance of accessories or a nice smart tailored jacket for a business meeting.

A while ago I blogged UnFad Skins, well recently a rebranding has taken place and a move to a larger location. The skins are now under the name of B e B a e Skins and with a new name comes a new Skin Line.
I am wearing the Renae: Tan: N1 & N2 Skin and its just as wonderful as the previous line, with a bit softer detailing and highlights, and as usual the eye make up and lips are just superb. Make sure you go and check out the new location and grab yourself some wonderful DEMOS, also try and do it before the 29th as there is a Grand Opening Sale.

The hair is the wonderful Aimee style from Maitreya, newly textured and changed so subtly to make it just that much better than previously, and yours for the incredible price of FREE!

Many of you will know that Abby Coalcliff and Talyn Barret are very good friends, both have their own stores Devilish Cupcake and Analise.

Recently though Abby has created a marvelous Gown for Analise in the form of the tal-Ab~Silarial.

Now this Gown has been made with Free Women in mind but as its also Elven Inspired it can make sure a beautiful Gown for any formal affair.

In my time in Phils Place I have encountered a few FW of Gor, not too many as where I have worked in the past and present don't really cater to their needs clothing wise. But I did Google because I wanted to explain what it is that makes this a perfect Free Woman Gown.

"Free Women never show their face beneath the veils or shed their robe or gown in public. She can give subtle hints as to her figure, ideas, emotions, and thoughts without giving complete and full details, this she must learn how to do as well as the teasing/taunting/tempting ways, for they must be done in a way that still allows her to stay free." insert from HERE.

Now with those rules in place you can see that Abby has achieved that very well, but again as it is Elven inspired the Gown can be worn by anyone, it really does have a fairytale charm to it, especially when you remove the FW layers. The colours are superb and the shape and movement of the gown is wonderful.

I am wearing the Thalia hair from Diversity Hair with this dress and its just a beautiful braided style. The skin -because I am just that corny - is from Free Speerit , and is the lovely Eleania Base skin , a light barely made up skin but with striking eyes that just flutter coquettishly above the veil.

Liquid Velvet Studios has released some wonderful boho style sets and for the first 24 hours they are only 90L each, top and skirt.

Thank goodness for Subscribomatics, because I would have missed this otherwise.

Wonderful full peasant style skirts with the gorgeous leather belt detailing on the pants layer, and some lovely summery fun tops.

The skirts have such a richness to them its so striking. Hot Summer Night is the brown and pink and the blue is the Bandanai Tears set.

I am wearing the fabulous Dafy hair from Mirai and the Tassel Wedges from J's , the skin is again the Renae: Tan skin from B e B a e Skins, so dont forget to get those Demos.
